The ORION LL System comprises a washer mounted controller and a wall mounted pump module. A sealed keypad and modern display provide simple control of this powerful product dispensing system. Liquid laundry products are automatically transferred from the shipping containers to the washer, safely and accurately.

| The ECLIPSE CONTROLLER (ECL) has a bright 3 digit LED display, and uses only 3 push buttons for programming. The ECLIPSE CONTROLLER has 8 formula, 6 pump capacity plus a relay mode. Load counts by formula and integrated flush logic are standard.
The ORION EXF CONTROLLER (EXF) is a “Full Featured” laundry dispenser controller. The ORION EXF CONTROLLER has 16 formula, 8 pump capacity plus a relay mode and NOVA’s Auto Formula Select. All programming and data is protected by a personal 4 digit password. Multiple level injections for each pump, input trigger diagnostics, bleach defeat, integrated flush logic are all standard features of the ORION EXF CONTROLLER. Also standard are Detailed Management Reports including Production Summary Report, Formula Report, Settings Report, and Diagnostics Report. These reports can be viewed from the ORION EXF CONTROLLER or downloaded to a PC via the FREE ORIONVIEW
software program.

Modular Construction
The ORION LL System puts the controller where you need it – on or close to the washer. The pumps can be installed in the best location, close to the product drums. Nova’s J-cable connects the two.
Formula Power
You may program and select up to 16 different chemical formulas with the EXF
Controller. You can tailor the formula exactly to the chemicals and wash requirement. 3 different quantities per pump per formula if needed.
Easy Set–Up
All programming and formula selection is done on the Controller. No special boxes or external accessories are needed.
The display lets you review your formula or selected options. The components connect with Nova’s reliable J-cable connectors.
Safety
All J-cable wiring is safe and low voltage. Conduit is not required. Washer signals are received and processed by the Super Isolated Machine Interface.
Heavy Duty Pumps
The ORION LL–80,000 uses a combination of air driven double diaphram pumps; 46 oz per minute and 18 oz per minute pumps. This maximizes your formula efficiency. The peristaltic type pumps used with the ORION–LL feature heavy duty construction with a professional 5 point mounting bolt system.

Security
You program your own personal password into the ORION–Controller. This restricts access to the programming menus. Yet you also have the flexibility to allow limited customer access to recorded data with a separate password.
Management Reports
Standard on the EXF controller are Detailed Management Reports including Production Summary Report, Formula Report, Settings Report, and Diagnostics Report. These reports can be viewed from the ORION EXF CONTROLLER or downloaded to a PC via the FREE ORIONVIEW software program.
Flush Mode
All Nova Controllers have integrated flush logic that provides for a preflush to insure water is flowing through the flush manifold, flush while pumping to dilute the concentrated chemicals and a post flush which is programmable to insure all the product is delivered to the washer.
