| Controller Options |
The ECLIPSE CONTROLLER (ECL) has a bright 3 digit LED display, and uses only 3 push buttons for programming. The ECLIPSE CONTROLLER has 8 formula, 6 pump capacity plus a relay mode. Load counts by formula and integrated flush logic are standard.
The ORION EXF CONTROLLER (EXF) is a “Full Featured” laundry dispenser controller. The ORION EXF CONTROLLER has 16 formula, 8 pump capacity plus a relay mode and NOVA’s Auto Formula Select. All programming and data is protected by a personal 4 digit password. Multiple level injections for each pump, input trigger diagnostics, bleach defeat, integrated flush logic are all standard features of the ORION EXF CONTROLLER. Also standard are Detailed Management Reports including Production Summary Report, Formula Report, Settings Report, and Diagnostics Report. These reports can be viewed from the ORION EXF CONTROLLER or downloaded to a PC via the FREE ORIONVIEW software program.

Compatibility
The LM-200 maintains the NOVA money-saving tradition of backwards compatibility with earlier designs. You may use your Orion laundry system machine interfaces and controllers with the LM-200 system and visa-versa. Everything is plug compatible.
Control Six Products
You can control up to six chemical pumps. This enables you to utilize all the chemical products that may be needed to satisfy the customers’ situation.
High Capacity Pumps
The standard LM-200 pumps have an output of 12 ozs per minute.
Safe Wiring
For your safety and convenience, the pump enclosure does not need to be opened for power connection. In addition, the separate machine interface isolates the high voltage washer signals and provides a plug-in output to the ECLIPSE or ORION EXF Controller. Individual signal commons ensure maximum wiring versatility.
Water Resistant
The LM-200 pump modules utilize a modern compact design that is highly water-resistant. The pump module mounts to a wall with fasteners that are external to the enclosure.
Quick Pump Tube Change
The pump faceplates are held in place with finger-tightened, captive thumb screws. This makes changing pump tubes easy without requiring tools.
Security
All programming is protected by your own chosen pass-code.
Complete Modular System
The Controller mounts to the washer and enables programming by the installer, and formula selection by the operator. The Machine Interface module receives the washer signals and provides a safe low voltage signal to the Controller. The Pump module can be wall mounted, convenient to the product containers.
