Flush Manifold - Details

The Flush Manifold uses water flow to transport laundry supplies to the washer. It is usable with any peristaltic type pump dispenser. The pumps move product into the manifold where a water flush transports it to the washer.

System Advantages
Remote Transport Lines
The Flush System is capable of moving products over long distances. The dispensing pumps deliver product into the manifold. Water pressure moves the product the rest of the way to the washer.

Viscous Chemicals
High viscosity products can be handled easily with the Flush Manifold for liquid laundry supply systems. The combination of dilution and lubrication eases the transport of even slurry products.

Automatic dilution when used with a NOVA controller
The chemical supplies are automatically diluted with water by the time they reach the washer. This reduces the potential damage to the fabric and the washer.

Corrosion Resistant
Nova’s flush manifolds are constructed of durable, thick-walled PVC plastic to resist the damaging effects of corrosive laundry supplies such as chlorine bleaches, alkaline boosters and acid sours. The chemical inlet check valves include PVC bodies, viton seals, teflon check balls and Hastelloy C springs.

Easy Installation
The Flush Manifold assembly can be fastened to a wall. The necessary brackets and fasteners are included.

Single Supply Line
The single water flush line replaces the expense and complication of multiple pump to washer supply lines. No concentrated chemical supply lines to leak.

Compatible
Other dispenser units may not have the capability to use the flow switch as a safety interlock. The manifold may be ordered without the switch.

Note:
An approved back flow prevention device must be installed in the water supply line. Check with your local authorities for their requirements.

OPL Flush Manifold FM-200

The OPL Flush Manifold is a complete assembly, including safety flow sensor and 24VAC flush valve. An additional check valve is included so the OPL Flush Manifold will accomodate a six pump chemical dispenser.

Crescent FM-300
The Crescent FM-300 is similar to the FM-200 but also includes a molded cover.

Industrial Flush Manifolds
Industrial Flush Manifold assemblies and Flush Valve assemblies must be ordered separately. Manifolds include a vacuum relief valve & pressure gauge and are available with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 chemical inlet check valves.
