NOVA Controls was founded on the principles of advanced engineering, and innovative product development. In 1998, NOVA Controls was purchased by Hydro Systems Co. and collectively they became the worlds largest independent manufacturer of chemical dispensing equipment for the commercial, institutional, janitorial, and food service industries.

Nova Controls' corporate headquarters is located in Watsonville , California .

In addition to being the main facility for assembly and manufacturing of the NOVA product line, the Watsonville facility is headquarters for Customer Service, Purchasing, Engineering, & Technical Service.

NOVA Controls also has facilities as well as Sales & Technical Representation in Latin America, Europe, Australia , and Asia .
